Delivery, Returns & Refunds:
Delivery:
(a) Delivery is free in the UK for smaller, lighter items such as scarves, ties and tunics. Costs will apply for larger items and for posting overseas - please get in touch via the contact page for estimates.
(b) Dates of delivery are estimates only and are subject to change. No liability will attach to Designer Silks By Diana for any delays. However if there is a failure on the part of the carrier and the goods are not received or are damaged by the carrier, Designer Silks By Diana will make reasonable effort to rectify the situation.
Return Of Goods:
Any problem concerning goods or delivery must be reported in writing, including email, within three working days of receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit. Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted and no refund will be given.
Notice To Purchaser:
Before using any product detailed on this site or via other selling sites or retail outlets, it is recommended the customer determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. The customer assumes all risk and liability in connection with its intended use. Many of the handmade items are delicate and must be treated accordingly and subject to the instructions set out on the products' labels, description on the website or on any packaging.
